아이들을 기다리는 것으로 보여 집니다. 북한에서는 아침에 아이들이 등교하기 전에 선생님이 교문 앞에서 아이들을 맞이 합니다. 아이들이 교실에 들어가기 전에 선생님의 악코디언 연주에 맞추어 사상성 있는 노래를 부르게 함으로써 어릴때 부터 우상 숭배와 집단 의식을 키워 줍니다.
