여기에 보여지는 계기판 비슷한 그림의 명칭은 북한에서 변압기 또는 전압조절기라고 부릅니다. 북한은 한국과 달리 전력난이 심각한 상황입니다. 원래 가정에 사용하는 전압은 220v(볼트) 인데 북한은 110V(볼트) 밖에 사용할 수 없습니다.그렇기 때문에 서로 많은 전력을 사용하여 밝은 등을 켜기 위해서 이러한 장치를 사용합니다.
